The Doblin project

                                reflection questions!

1)this project was about a comparing an object and deciding what we wanted to do and how we would judge it in quality, look or product.
2) what worked well was playing with all the Mickey mouses and seeing how i liked to space them out and how they look and how i really felt about them.
3) the most challenging was trying to figure out what color i wanted in the back ground that would make it blind and also make it look kid friendly because it is Disney and Mickey Mouse.
4)something i might do differently next time is do the background first and then put everything else on top of it.
5) i used the pen tool to get the background and the ruler and Dublin set up to make it all in columns.
6)I could use it for a presentation at a work or self project. it really helps by organizing it all together.

skateboards

pic-skate-baourd-.jpg

1) This project is about working with different tools and trying to master illustrator.

2) What worked well was the pen tool and the graphic tool. It helped with making the picture i want and trying to make the color fade.

3)Next time i might try to draw it first then past it on to the board and try to make the colors i want more easily instead of having to mix 3 colors or more.

4) I used many different tools in many different ways, I tried to make it look as unique as possible and crate something no one else would.

5) I could use this technique in everyday life for making a business and trying to do a slogan.

practice with the pen extreme style

reflection questions

1) this project was about tracing a whole picture and using live paint to fill it in and try to make it look like the original picture.

2) what worked well was using short cuts when i had to use many different items with out moving or unclicking the mouse.

3) the most challenging was filling everything in the way you wanted to and trying to trace every little thing perfectly.

4) the thing i will do better next time will try to make sure everything is connected and not have to change from live paint back to pen to paint once again.

5) the tools i used most was the pen to trace everything and the live paint to color it all in and make sure it was the right color.

6) i can use these in the future with making coloring books when i want to by tracing it all out and deleting the background.

unit reflection

Advertisements can come in many forms. magazines, commercials, billboards, and many others. I differently think an image can peruse any one to do anything. The reason we buy a different brand or drive a pacific type of car is because of the things we hear or see in an advertisement. Advertisements shouldn't be regulated by the government because that is the people right to show off there product. it is not the advertisements that forces people to buy their product. People make that choice on their own.

AD finally telling the truth

                                                                            BEFORE

                                                                             AFTER

This project was about getting an advertisement that we could judge and showing what it would really be if the ad was telling the truth. What worked well was the fact that the only guy in my houses uses axe and he just uses it as a cover up as most guys do. They really need to spray less and shower more. Axe is not a cover up is expose to be the after fact. Just a little after affect. The most challenging was trying to find the pics I imaged in my head and then fitting them just right so I can make it look correct. Something I might do different is pic an adds with more words. The story I wanted this ad to show was that spraying it is not going to magically make you fit, using axe as your shower is not a good thing people will need gas mask, and no matter what there is no good effect on axe when used like this. I used the text tool in photo shop and I had to try every font before I found the one I wanted. I can show people how I see thing and see if any one feels the same as me.
